Troy Wheeler Contracting provides full services for civil construction to government, private development and capital works. We bring over 25 years' experience and initiative to our clients, and have been trusted to deliver critical and time sensitive civil works across the Auckland Motorway Network.
We have gained a reputation with our clients for being a trustworthy contractor - able to be relied upon to perform in challenging environments. Our clients repeatedly score us ‘Very Good’ and ‘Excellent’ on performance evaluation questionnaires.
Our team work well in high risk, challenging environments e.g. proximity to high voltage cables, hard ground water, and delivering under tight programmes. At all times, we ensure our staff, the public, and the surrounding environment is kept safe.

ROAD SAFETY BARRIER SYSTEMS
TWC are market leaders in the guardrail industry, currently working with NZTA and local government in road maintenance contracts. We are routinely active in the private sector and capital works guardrail projects, including wire rope systems and safety products, and offer a full design and install service for our clients.
CIVIL CONSTRUCTION & DRAINAGE
TWC delivers quality stormwater drainage works and innovation that has delighted our clients. Our experience includes large stormwater chambers, pond silt cleaning, forebay construction, swales and water channels.

PUBLIC SPACE COMMERCIAL BUILDING WORKS
TWC are working with Auckland Transport on the Double Decker Bus Route network, where overhanging shop front canopies are strengthened and cut back up to 1m from their existing size.
The contracts involve intrusive structural inspections and subsequent canopy cut backs.
